Two Hearts

Berlin. Two People. I Didn't Over-explain It.

I have a problem with fashion editorials that explain themselves too hard.

The mood board quote. The director's statement. The three-paragraph press release about “exploring the intersection of intimacy and urban solitude.” It's exhausting. If your images need a paragraph of scaffolding to work, the images aren't working.

Two Hearts is two people in Berlin in 2025. Natural light. Clothes worth looking at. Nothing explained.

The framing is close where the fabric rewards it and wide where the body in motion needs room. The edit was a series of cuts — what stays, what goes, where silence does more than another image would.

Berlin is the right city for this. It's seen too much to perform for you. It just holds whatever you bring to it. Two people dressed well in a city that's indifferent to your effort — there's something honest about that.

No concept statement. No press release. Just the editorial discipline of knowing when you've got enough and stopping.

Some projects prove a point. This one just is the point.
